Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Facilities Management and Operations At least 4 years' experience, training and knowledge of building infrastructure including heating, plumbing, electric, and gas systems is required. Must possess all the applicable FDNY licenses, specifically S-12, S-13 and P-99 General knowledge of all construction and vendor trades. Cleaning, painting, and removing/applying proper stickers and signage. Performing maintenance, testing, and repairs of extinguishers. Refilling and recharging extinguishers to return to active service. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Manage materials and inventory throughout the shop and storage areas. Provide direct assistance to the Field Service Technicians for daily material and stocking requirements. Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and preparing the shop and fleet vehicles for daily work requirements. Other hands-on daily work tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager or other team members Requirements: Be 18 years old or older Possess your GED, High School diploma or equivalent Be eligible to work in the United States Possess a valid and current state driver's license Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for an extended period of time and be able to lift and carry a minimum of thirty (30) pounds.
