Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

In this role, you will oversee the full program lifecycle - from intake and setup through ongoing operations, partner coordination, and financial reconciliation. You'll serve as the central hub across internal stakeholders, adjudication partners, and pharmacy network participants to ensure programs are set up for accuracy, scale, and impact.
This is a highly cross-functional role that combines program operations, partner management, and strategic growth.

* Lead intake of new program designs in coordination with Growth, Client Success, and Account Management teams
* Translate program requirements into business rules and workflows with adjudication partners and internal Product & Engineering teams
* Conduct program QA and monitor adherence to business rules and reimbursement logic
* Oversee data integrity, reporting, and spend analysis to ensure program health and financial reconciliation
* Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for adjudication partners, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
* Identify and execute on opportunities to grow program utilization and expand manufacturer engagement through platform and pharmacy network enhancements
* Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve BlinkRx's value proposition around copay assistance programs
You Should Have:
* 5-8 years of experience in healthcare program operations, market access, copay card services, or pharmacy benefit administration
* Deep understanding of manufacturer assistance programs and related adjudication workflows
* Experience working with adjudication platforms, benefit verification, and pharmacy point-of-sale systems
* Strong cross-functional project management skills and ability to translate between business and technical teams
* Detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of data analysis, QA, and financial reconciliation processes
* Excellent communication skills, with proven success managing external partners and internal stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of patient affordability, pharma services, and platform innovation. You'll be instrumental in shaping how BlinkRx delivers value to manufacturers, pharmacies, and patients alike.
Why Join Us:
It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population. At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year. Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
