Tracks and documents animals taken under federal and Colorado state permits, ensuring accurate reporting for annual permit renewals.
Collect water, wastewater, soil, and sediment samples in the field according to approved standards, and conduct on-site testing for parameters like pH, conductivity, chlorine, and dissolved oxygen.
Document all field work in detailed logs and data sheets for the airport's Environmental Manager.
Assist in the response to and cleanup of hazardous material spills.
Help maintain inventory records for fuel, water/wastewater treatment chemicals, tools, and replacement parts.
