Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a fitness, hospitality, retail or customer service setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Sales experience (1 year preferred) and a passion for fitness and wellness.
