Position SummaryThe Assistant Manager is responsible for helping with many aspects of operations of the TMI Camp during the 10-week summer season, from mid-June to late August, and has some administrative responsibilities during the rest of the year. The Manager is hired by the TMI Committee with the approval of the AMC President (or his/her designee) and reports to the TMI Committee through the Committee Chair. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.
