Role Overview:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, with at least 3 years in Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance projects in Oil and gas Industry is preferred.
Deep understanding of MDM processes, data governance, and data quality management.
Experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Leadership:
Lead and manage MDM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled.
Manage cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate regular project meetings, reporting progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
Master Data Management and Master Data Governance Experience.
Provide guidance on MDM strategy, processes, and best practices
Ensure the effective design and implementation of MDM solutions
Oversee data governance, data quality, data integration, and data modeling efforts.
Drive data stewardship initiatives and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
MDM Platform Expertise:
Lead the implementation and optimization of MDM platform solutions.
Collaborate with support and other technical teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Ensure integration of MDM tool with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and data sources.
Knowledge on Azure Devops.
Education: Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience.
