Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems. • Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards. • Inspect and assess system performance regularly. • Assist with the installation and startup of new systems. • Keep detailed maintenance and performance records. • Train and mentor junior technicians. Qualifications: • NH3 (ammonia refrigeration) experience. • CIRO or RETA certification preferred. • Experience with industrial refrigeration in food processing plants, cold storage facilities, or chemical plants. • Strong mechanical and electrical skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Additional HVAC or refrigeration certifications. • Supervisory or training experience. Location & Travel: • Local candidates preferred. • Some travel may be required.
