Essential Functions:
Oversees execution of sustainability initiatives to meet Environmental Protection Agency compliance programs by reviewing project schedules, resolving issues from vendors, service providers, and contractors regarding the scope of work, and providing technical training.

Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Decatur, IL - Corn Plant
Job Summary
The employee supporting the Maintenance Supervisor position will utilize the tools of the Maintenance Management System to review and implement the maintenance activities designed to support the process equipment at the Corn Plant. The Supervisor will be a liaison between the Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering Departments while implementing or executing break in maintenance activities. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the assigned maintenance activities and for ensuring that the required parts, tools, PPE, and resources to support the planned activities are available. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to train, and/or mentor the maintenance work force to develop their skills and abilities and to provide feedback to the employees as part of the PMP Process. The Supervisor is expected to support the use of the CMMS (Maximo) by ensuring that work orders are closed with appropriate details and new work orders are generated based on the results of each workday. This position is a 12 hr rotating shift position.

Perform as a team member while executing the planned, preventative, and/or predictive maintenance activities that support the reliability efforts of the Maintenance Department

Effectively utilize the assigned craft resources and prioritize unscheduled activities
Train and/or mentor the work force to develop their skills and abilities - support the existing Apprentice Programs
