They will support the installation, decommissioning, and troubleshooting. The repair of all Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas and Chemical systems. The individual must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment. Must demonstrate quality and comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response. Subject Matter Expert for gas, chemical and/or slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution.
