Knowledge of automation software that supports various materials handling equipment. Experience with the principles of lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Additional Information Requires off-hours support for equipment operating 24/7. Position will be provided a cell phone and is expected to provide off-hours support for critical equipment issues. Occasional travel to Enfield, CT and Fresno, CA is required (normally 5 - 15%). Roof work will be involved, which requires the ability to climb several flights of stairs. Extreme temperatures may be encountered as part of this position (hot summers, cold winters, and chill rooms). Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. may be required to perform some maintenance activities.
