Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and functional operation of building systems and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Review BMS for any alarms and take corrective action if needed.
Review Email for any issue or request and respond as needed.
Tour BBH critical spaces each morning. Review for alarms, fluid leaks, or anything out of order.
MDF
Generator rooms
Fuel pumps room (Mondays only)
Check in with the Chef for any issue with Kitchen or equipment
Check hot water heaters for Kitchen on Tuesdays during lunch time
Return to 8th floor to review any open or issued WO from either Stonehenge System or OSS Request system.
Perform work as needed from WO's, requests, or verbal requests from BBH personnel.
Check in with BBH facilities staff each morning around 10-11 am. Inform of any irregularities or issues found.
On Fridays, inventory for any equipment should be noted. If new material needed, submit to Facilities Coordinator.
Inventories to be checked: (some of these may be issued as a WO)
Air filters, heat pumps, and FPB's
Water filters: under sink, kitchen refrigerators, etc.
Lamps, drivers, and or ballasts
Plumbing parts: flushometer, gaskets, cartridges, etc.
Monthly: tool inventory
Return to working on any issues, any WOs issued, and or any special projects.
The list above is to use as a guideline for each day. There may be events that will prevent items to be performed in a timely manner, however, every effort should be taken to perform these duties at the most opportune time as the workload changes. It is particularly important that BBH critical spaces are reviewed and that any open work orders and requests are performed in a timely manner.
If a work request is given verbally the Tech should write down the request and at a later time enter in a WO in either the Stonehenge system or OSS request system. It is the technician's responsibility to inform his/her manager and the BBH facilities personnel if there is an issue with completing their task in a timely manner.

Our client is the worldwide leader in manufacturing resilient and sustainable roofing solutions for commercial construction projects. From single-ply PVC membranes to hot and cold liquid-applied membranes, our client has been servicing building owners effectively for over 60 years.
In this role, the Manufacturing Electrician will be responsible for all electrical systems and equipment that aid in the production of PVC roofing membranes. Our client is in need of an experienced, licensed electrician who has experience in a manufacturing-type environment and who can work the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
Troubleshoot, install, or repair electrical wiring, conduit, feeders, breakers, and other electrical components using a variety of test equipment
Repair and maintain all facility electrical wiring and fixtures
Inspect all electrical equipment on a regularly scheduled basis, maintain appropriate records
Install new electrical equipment and wiring as needed
Adjust, calibrate, and repair electrical-pneumatic control systems
Guide purchasing regarding equipment and electrical parts
Work onsite in the manufacturing plant overnight 3 - 4 days a week on 12 hour shifts
Qualifications:
Licensed Electrician, preferably in MA but would consider other states
Experience working on PLCs and VFDs
