Purpose of the Position: The Facilities Maintenance Leader will oversee day-to-day maintenance technician and skilled trades operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety plant production equipment. This hands-on leader will utilize their skilled trades expertise and tools (electrician, pipefitter, millwright, or maintenance technician) to support maintenance teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities in a planned and scheduled environment.
