This is a third-shift position working Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with regular opportunities for overtime. Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions when necessary.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a CBC Machine Operator for Carl Buddig & Company you will be responsible for producing product by preparing and packaging cooked product for shipment with a safety - minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates production operations of a line consisting of 4 - 10 people.
Responsible for product quality, workmanship, and methods applications resulting in above standard economical manufacturing costs and general line administration.
