Role and Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate projects across design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful execution
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and resolve supply chain or manufacturing issues
Monitor and report on project progress, supply chain performance, and manufacturing metrics to senior management
Required Skills and Experience
Expertise in 2.5D/3D package architecture and advanced packaging technologies such as CoWoS, EMIB, SoIC, CoW, WoW, POP, etc.
Working knowledge of package design, electrical signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and thermomechanical principles, with a fundamental understanding of 2.5D/3D package challenges
Experience with wafer level processes, package assembly processes, and substrate technology.
Strong supply chain and quality management skills, including BOM management, procurement, logistics, and inventory
Understanding of legacy packaging technologies, package failure mechanisms, and quick problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key enablement partners and customers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project requirements, product quality, reliability, system, and operational needs

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate production records, including the quantity and quality of plastic components produced during each shift to ensure information integrity.
Collaborate with colleagues in the manufacturing department to ensure the seamless production of plastic products by communicating and providing assistance where necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized working area to contribute to safety and well-being of co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and/or operating plastic cutting equipment for blow molding, injection molding, and extruder machine products, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Ability to use simple math arithmetic - addition and subtraction.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, bilingual is a plus.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs. repetitively and stand for extended periods.

We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It's time to build. Figure's vision is to deploy autonomous humanoids at a global scale. We are looking for an Operator Interface Engineer to empower Figure humanoid robots to remotely interact with human operators through various interfaces.
Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, test, and deploy operator interfaces for humanoid robots. These interfaces will include both 3D virtual reality interfaces and 2D traditional GUI keyboard/mouse interfaces
* Develop an immersive avatar operator interface, in which the human operator feels as if they are the actual robot
* Integrate various sensing, perception, and autonomy modules in the operator interfaces, allowing operators to operate in a higher-level supervisory role
* Develop mission-level operator interfaces for interacting with nominally fully-autonomous robots, which will occasionally require human intervention in challenging situations
* Develop and use modern software engineering techniques to implement high quality, well-tested software
* Evaluate potential operator interface solutions and make design trade offs and decisions based on robot requirements
* Engineer and ship high quality, reliable software that will be deployed to the real world
* Work with the Figure Integration and Testing team to evaluate and continuously improve your operator interfaces
Requirements:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $350,000 annually.
