ROLE SUMMARY:
The Seasonal Rice Mill Operator will operate and maintain rice milling equipment to ensure the efficient production of rice while meeting quality and production goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dedication, Dependability, and a Willingness to learn are a must. The PMO will be responsible for running, changing over, efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines. They will have responsibility of communicating changes and plans to Team Member's in immediate area and supervision. There will be a required set of tasks to be performed on a computer at specific times throughout the shift. As a PMO, job duties include, but are not limited to the set up and operation of packaging equipment, following precise recipes and work procedures, monitoring and adjusting variables and performing product quality tests and data collection. Extruded Processor must also be able to react to direction from quality assurance and management personnel. PMO's will be exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme equipment and temperatures. **Now Hiring: Production Workers for an automotive manufacturing in the** **West Memphis, Arkansas** **area!** **Hours Available:** + 6am - 6pm ($19.50/hour) + 6pm - 6am ($21.45/hour) **Job Details:** + You will be working in ANY area of production assembly.
+ This is a TEAM oriented environment.
+ You will be working on a fast-paced assembly line and will be standing on their feet for 12+ hours and could be walking back and forth on the line as well.
+ You will be assembling or disassembling products by hand.
+ Basic knowledge of data entry/ WMS. Will be entering or retrieving inventory data at times.
+ Will perform visual inspection of product as they are assembling.
**Must Have:**
+ Experience in warehouse manufacturing/ logistics environment
+ Strong team working skills
+ Good verbal and written communication skills

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
