    HSAGP (Hyundai-SK America Green power) Energy LLC. is the temporary corporate name of the joint venture company between Hyundai Motor Group and SK on. The joint venture plans to invest $5 billion to build an EV battery cell plant in Bartow County, Georgia. Hyundai Motor Group and SK On will each hold a 50 percent stake in the joint venture. The new plant created by the two companies is expected to start manufacturing battery cells in the second half of 2025 with an annual production capacity of 35 GWh, enough to support the production of 300,000 EVs a year. The future Bartow County plant in northwest Georgia is strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group's existing and planned U.S. facilities. Hyundai Motor Group broke ground last year on the new Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America in southeast Georgia to make future Hyundai, Genesis and Kia EVs. The new site also adds to SK On's existing presence in Georgia. In 2022, SK started production of EV batteries at its SK Battery America site in Commerce, Georgia. SK Battery America, a $2.6 billion investment, has an annual capacity of about 22 GWh, enough to support the production of more than 200,000 EVs a year. Join us on the journey of two companies' massive electric vehicle project in Bartow County. Summary: The production specialist is responsible for processing and closing out SAP transactions consuming raw materials and other administrative functions as required. They will identify discrepancies between the ERP system and actual inventory and help identify corrective actions to reduce or eliminate these discrepancies. They will also work toward improving processes, efficiencies, yield and quality as it relates to inventory, accounting, and tracking. Key Areas of Responsibility: Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and yield, reduce waste and production loss, and enhance overall productivity. Identify potential actions to improve material loss control. Collaborate with Technology, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement potential process improvements. Handle discrepancies between the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and equipment data. Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Help develop and refine processes to increase the accuracy of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management system/database. Remember to shut off water first and remove all water lines before cleaning mold Place mold on disassemble table Attach water passage clear out hose to mold and blow out all water lines Remove ejector box, ejector plate and pins Remove retention plate from ejector plate Remove ejector pins and place in a solvent bath Remove “B” half slides and cavity blocks Remove cores form slides and place in designated storage unit for inspection and cleaning at a later date Place slide and cavity blocks to soak in a solvent solution Remove cavity block, heel blocks, sprue bushing, and cam pins from “A” half and place in solvent soak (do not place heated sprue bushing in solvent) Scrub mold base cavity pockets, mold base and ejector box area with solvent and brass brush and or copper gauze Clean all solvent soaking components with a satchel brush, tooth brush or brass brush as required Perform cleaning of cores Remove all solvent residue from all mold components with spray mold cleaner and a clean rag Inspect all mold components for excessive wear (burring, bright spots, galling, witness marks etc) Bring any questionable components to the tool maker for inspection, measurement and evaluation Prior to re-assembly of mold, clean o-ring seats, replace o-rings and replace or dress up brass fittings Re-assemble tool. Apply light coat of never-seize to the back of cavity blocks and on bolts threads. Apply ejector lube to ejector pins as they are re-positioned in tool. Apply a light coat of mold (bull) grease or Teflon spray grease to ejector guide bushings and ejector push-back pins After tool is assemble, spray “A” and “B” halves with overnight mold protector and close mold halves together Fill water passages with foaming rust inhibitor and wipe off excess. Spray entire external surfaces with overnight mold protector and place mold on production -ready table.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor belt conditions and transition points to minimize broken links and to insure smooth transition. Notify lead, maintenance supervisor or manager if equipment needs adjustments or repairs. Properly set up bags and load batter and breading machines ensuring outer layer of bags are removed prior to dumping in machines and place empty bag in trash. Performs sanitation of equipment using chemicals and assist with changeover of equipment, ensuring all lock-out and tag-out procedures are followed. Operates appropriate material handling equipment, if necessary, such as forklift/pallet jacks in a safe and orderly manner in an effort to reduce accidents and injuries Ensures that material handling equipment is maintained (daily inspection) and clean; reports repair or service needs to lead and Line Mechanic in an effort to reduce equipment damage Complies with all applicable State/Federal laws, regulations and policies (i.e. OSHA, HACCP, AIB, etc.) Troubleshoot problems as they arise and make appropriate adjustments to correct the problem. Additional Responsibilities: Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned. Follows plant food safety policies and industry best practices. Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions. Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings. Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience HS Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Industry specific experience Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee moves objects regularly up to 10 pounds frequently up to 25 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds.
