The primary job function is working with engineers and technicians in the hands-on manufacturing of advanced semiconductor switch modules. The process makes use of specialized equipment such as die attach machines, vacuum ovens, and wire bonding machines. Additional responsibilities include the encapsulation and chemical treatment of substrates and other materials.
