HSAGP (Hyundai-SK America Green power) Energy LLC. is the temporary corporate name of the joint venture company between Hyundai Motor Group and SK on. The joint venture plans to invest $5 billion to build an EV battery cell plant in Bartow County, Georgia. Hyundai Motor Group and SK On will each hold a 50 percent stake in the joint venture. The new plant created by the two companies is expected to start manufacturing battery cells in the second half of 2025 with an annual production capacity of 35 GWh, enough to support the production of 300,000 EVs a year. The future Bartow County plant in northwest Georgia is strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group's existing and planned U.S. facilities. Hyundai Motor Group broke ground last year on the new Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America in southeast Georgia to make future Hyundai, Genesis and Kia EVs. The new site also adds to SK On's existing presence in Georgia. In 2022, SK started production of EV batteries at its SK Battery America site in Commerce, Georgia. SK Battery America, a $2.6 billion investment, has an annual capacity of about 22 GWh, enough to support the production of more than 200,000 EVs a year. Summary: The production specialist is responsible for processing and closing out SAP transactions consuming raw materials and other administrative functions as required. They will identify discrepancies between the ERP system and actual inventory and help identify corrective actions to reduce or eliminate these discrepancies. They will also work toward improving processes, efficiencies, yield and quality as it relates to inventory, accounting, and tracking. Key Areas of Responsibility: Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and yield, reduce waste and production loss, and enhance overall productivity. Identify potential actions to improve material loss control. Collaborate with Technology, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement potential process improvements. Handle discrepancies between the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and equipment data. Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Help develop and refine processes to increase the accuracy of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management system/database. Regularly read and understand the data indexes above and how they relate to one another. Supervising and Production Control Management: Advise the production team on manpower allocation to improve inventory accuracy and closing. Correct any issues regarding material usage and material process matters Monitor daily production data transferred to purchase orders (PO) and work orders (WO) Finance, Accounting and Yield Control: Understand and explain the close relationship between inventory closing and production yield. Create comprehensive work instructions and other documentation to improve material processes ad procedures. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management teams (internal to SKBA and external to SK On Headquarters). Prepare detailed reports and presentations for other teams (Logistics, Production, Quality, Technology, etc.) Organize, understand, and compare production material / system data as required depending on needs Analyze and report ERP data to various SKBA teams in order to draw meaningful conclusions and facilitate improvement. MRO inventory control: Monitor MRO inventory levels and maintain adequate stock and prevent shortages or excess. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with audits to ensure accuracy. Update and maintain inventory records and systems. Collaborate with local teams on specific inventory needs Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues. Assist in processing purchase request and track their status to ensure timely delivery. Help track MRO procurement expenses and assist in monitoring overall spending. Report on inventory usage and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide feedback on inventory management and procurement processes to identify areas for enhancement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required: Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology OR Finance, or Accounting (Preferred). 3+ years of experience in electrode manufacturing, process engineering, or similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred. Within the battery industry is a plus. Basic IT related problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process optimization and data-driven decision making. Excellent problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a tea environment. Effective communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Also shut off chill water Open mold Extend ejector pins spray ejector pins with mold cleaner let pins dry, or dry with air nozzle (wear safety glasses) lube pins with ejector lube Retract ejector pins Clean mold halves using solvent or overnight mold protestant, spay both “A” and “B” halves using a brass (make sure it is brass) brush, scrub both “A” & “B” halves repeat both procedures “6A” and “B” above using mold cleaner, spray both mold halves until all residue is removed, and wipe with a clean rag put a light coat of grease on the (leading edge only) of all leader pins, cam pins and heel blocks spray a light coat of overnight protestant on both halves and leave it Inspect mold check bold tightness on gibes, slides, ejector plate, heel blocks, and cavity blocks inspect for galling or excessive wear on sliding surfaces, leader pins, cam pins, heel blocks and core pins Check for water leaks make sure all quick connect fittings are secure close machine safety gate turn mold heater and/or chill water on open machine safety gate, and inspect for water leaks (if a water leak is detected, either replace the hose or replace the silicone o-rings in the water hose connect fittings Restart machine if there are slides, make sure they are fully back and engaged in their detents manually close mold, then open Wipe excess grease off mold faces from leader pin, heel block areas etc. purge machine as necessary and restart machine Mold Cleaning Procedures (B) Post-Production (out of press) Before removing mold from the press, perform mold cleaning procedure (A) production run, with the exception, do not apply grease to the mold. Remember to shut off water first and remove all water lines before cleaning mold Place mold on disassemble table Attach water passage clear out hose to mold and blow out all water lines Remove ejector box, ejector plate and pins Remove retention plate from ejector plate Remove ejector pins and place in a solvent bath Remove “B” half slides and cavity blocks Remove cores form slides and place in designated storage unit for inspection and cleaning at a later date Place slide and cavity blocks to soak in a solvent solution Remove cavity block, heel blocks, sprue bushing, and cam pins from “A” half and place in solvent soak (do not place heated sprue bushing in solvent) Scrub mold base cavity pockets, mold base and ejector box area with solvent and brass brush and or copper gauze Clean all solvent soaking components with a satchel brush, tooth brush or brass brush as required Perform cleaning of cores Remove all solvent residue from all mold components with spray mold cleaner and a clean rag Inspect all mold components for excessive wear (burring, bright spots, galling, witness marks etc) Bring any questionable components to the tool maker for inspection, measurement and evaluation Prior to re-assembly of mold, clean o-ring seats, replace o-rings and replace or dress up brass fittings Re-assemble tool. Apply light coat of never-seize to the back of cavity blocks and on bolts threads. Apply ejector lube to ejector pins as they are re-positioned in tool. Apply a light coat of mold (bull) grease or Teflon spray grease to ejector guide bushings and ejector push-back pins After tool is assemble, spray “A” and “B” halves with overnight mold protector and close mold halves together Fill water passages with foaming rust inhibitor and wipe off excess. Spray entire external surfaces with overnight mold protector and place mold on production -ready table.

Shift 2 (United States of America) We are looking for a skilled Grinding Machine Operator to perform precision grinding of outside diameters within 0.001”. The ideal candidate must excel at mathematics, be proficient in reading blueprints, and skilled in using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Good housekeeping and adherence to the 5S system are essential. Work You'll Do: Operate grinding machines to perform precision grinding of outside diameters. Read and interpret blueprints to understand machining specifications. Use and calibrate measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers to ensure precision. The Machine Operators job is to direct all of the other workers on their line so that the line operates efficiently and reaches its target KPI Responsibilities: - Communicate with all other workers on your assigned line so everyone knows the plan and can work together to reach the goals set for the team. - Operate your machine at the set target speeds and inform your supervisor of any issues that are preventing you from running at the target speed. - Complete all required paperwork for your assigned line. - Attempt to find a mechanic if your line goes down; do not wait if you can't find your supervisor - Communicate with your assigned supervisor whenever an issue arises to figure out a solution, and then communicate the new solution to the entire team - Make sure all employees on your assigned line are following all company policies and procedures - Coach employees that are not following the company policies and procedures, and let your supervisor know of any on-going issues - Flow to work; assist any employees on your line that need help or are having issues - Help with whatever work is necessary to keep your line operating - May be moved to other lines as work load requires Complies with all Company and Federal Policies, Procedures and Regulations - Achieve departmental KPI's - Job Description may change with or without prior notice Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices - Ability to work as part of a team to complete tasks and reach the targets set for the team - High school diploma or GED required - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards - Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards - Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
