The only thing I like is the people I work with.
Everything. This company has changed everything since its purchase of Sullivan's Steakhouse, from the way we speak to guests to the computer system we use. The computer system was built in 6 weeks by a person with no background in the restaurant industry. It was rolled out with no training and has made our restaurant inoperable at points. Within one week, it alone has make me consider leaving my position of 3 years.
The only perk is that health insurance is offered at 25 hours per week but, that was rolled over from Del Friscos. This company has done nothing but make things MORE difficult.
