Hardware Software Compatibility Matrix (HSCM) CM
Responsibilities:
Liaison with Class Desk for HSCM tasking, release cycles and requirements
Responsible for tracking and providing HSCM SME input to PMA and vendor Class I and II ECPs
Responsible for supporting JCCBs and Technical Pre-Board reviews
Liaison with PMA Fleet Release/IFC build manager for roadmap/ECP cut in
Provide technical SME input to the POC managing SMC HSCMs
Liaison with NGC HSCM and Sustainment Lead on fleet, test and production released HSCMs that are input to NAVAIR HSCMs
Liaison with NGC and FR/IFC build manager for FTEOs supporting test HSCMs
Responsible for managing multiple U.S and AUS HSCMs that support test, fleet primaries and fleet secondary assets
Responsible for managing the HSCMs in the PMA Engineering Change Management (ECM) tool, setting up the folders, required reviewers and workflows.
Responsible for adjudicating comments from ECM
Responsible for obtaining Class Desk Signature, ensuring the gold copy of HSCMs are locked in ECM, providing draft copies to PMA-262 Data Manager and sending out release notifications to U.S and AUS teams
Responsible for reviewing/managing Request for Information (RFIs) tied to HSCMs
Responsible for supporting PCA/FCA or delta install audits directed by the Class Desk and adjudication of findings if tied to HSCMs.
Must be familiar with NAVAIR ECP, JCCB, Tech Directive processes.
Must be comfortable operating with databases to import/export HSCMs, ensuring user roles are defined, managing accounts etc.
Qualifications:
Secret clearance required, ability to obtain Top Secret
5+ years of related work experience
Experience with DoD weapons systems and platforms
Familiarity with Hardware Software Compatibility Matrix (HSCM)
