The Functional Family Therapist is required to carry a caseload of 10 to 15 families, with the duration services ranging from 8 to 26 weeks depending on the needs and progress of each family. The position requires flexibility in hours to be able to meet with families when they are available. The Functional Family Therapist must complete all service-related documentation in accordance with governing regulations, agency standards, and the FFT evidence-based practice standards.
