One to three years related experience preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments. * Willingness to accept instruction and guidance from a Training Instructor and Senior Service Technician. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Successfully complete program curriculum * Successfully complete Work steps assessment. * Ability to certify for operating a forklift and/or manlift. * May require additional certifications for field. * Must possess a valid driver's license.
