Duties
During the course of their careers, Uniformed Division Officers carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:
Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.
Our Uniformed Division's mission is to protect facilities and venues secured for U.S. Secret Service protectees. Throughout its history, the Uniformed Division has accomplished this mission through individuals who embody honor, integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Today, the Uniformed Division has grown both in size and scope of responsibility and is mandated by law to provide physical security for the White House Complex and the vice president's residence at the Naval Observatory. It also provides security for the Treasury Department building and foreign diplomatic missions in Washington, D.C. The Uniformed Division also has specialized teams including Counter Sniper, Emergency Response, K-9, and more.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required.
Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.
Be at least age 20 and less than age 37 at the time you receive a conditional offer of employment, unless you have previous service in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position covered by special law enforcement or firefighter retirement provisions, including early or mandatory retirement. Applicants with veteran's preference must receive a conditional offer of employment prior to reaching age 40 to continue in the application process.
Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.
Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular. Possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.
Certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so, if you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959.

Job Purpose
Collaborating with the Plant (aka Genpo) Manufacturing Equipment Services Department (MESD) leadership team, identify chronic or critical equipment or process downtime items. Prioritize and drive countermeasure and recurrence prevention of complex robotic trouble items through deep RCA and horizontal countermeasures. Lead technical experts in the standardization of regional production systems. Provide discipline-based emergency technical support for complex problems. Work with Frame/Power Unit Manufacturing Characteristics (FMC/PUC) and Equipment Production associates by providing feedback/support on discipline-based trouble due to spec, design, and install. Based on Genpo results, identify concerns and provide potential countermeasures to improve reliability centered spec, design, and installation activity. Develop improvement themes working with the RO PE team for North American regional improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Lead in the identification of chronic downtime root cause and recommend countermeasure in specialized area. Communicate issues to RO Category Leader for regional distribution.
Analyze current manufacturing characteristics and summarize results in comparison to achievement of equipment or process related Genpo targets. Collaborate with D-Leadership and identify areas for focused activity.
Provide input for improved reliability for new Equipment specification requirements based on current struggle items.
Attend North American level Production Equipment Category meetings and document results for Senior Management to create improvements to Genpo characteristic improvements.
Prepare quarterly and monthly reports of results to gage results and execute PDCA.
Conduct Key Performance Indicator gap analysis and countermeasure activity development.
Lead new technology introduction as needed at the Genpo.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (concentration in Manufacturing a plus) or related equivalent experience
5-10 years of work experience in a Manufacturing environment related to discipline
Mechanical: Understanding of equipment design and operation, including ability to design in 3D/2D CAD software (CATIA/SolidWorks preferred), read/create mechanical drawings, and apply air circuit logic.
Electrical: Understanding of automated equipment electrical hardware/software design, including knowledge of machine safety controls, servo position control, field I/O networking, PLC, and HMI
Robotics: installing, integrating, troubleshooting and teaching robots (Fanuc, Motoman and ABB) and Vision (iRvision, Robeye, etc.) systems.
Application of engineering and manufacturing principles

Select Sires, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Production Safety Administrative Assistant. This hourly, non-exempt position is at our Plain City, OH, facility and reports to the Vice President of Production Operations.
Specific duties and responsibilities of a Production Safety Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to,
Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
Manage coordination for departmental meetings, including room set up, meals, schedules, and lodging.
Coordinate and implement general office services such as appointment scheduling, billing, and travel arrangements for senior staff, such as booking flights, cars, hotel or restaurant reservations, and other administrative activities.
Develop memos, reports, and other correspondence, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes as needed.
Proofread memos, reports, advertisements, and other materials.
Complete a daily trip to the Ohio Department of Agriculture on behalf of the production department.
Analyze training needs to design occupational safety programs. Conduct or find resources for mandated safety training. Coach and educate all levels of management and employees on occupational safety regulations.
Lead and mentor the organization's safety committee.
Oversee safety manual, safety data sheets, OSHA 300 log, and other related programs in coordination with the HR department.
Conduct and/or provide required safety training.
Provide general guidance, direction, and advice in all areas of occupational safety.
A Production Safety Administrative Assistant's work schedule is Monday through Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM. Work schedules and duties are subject to change to meet departmental needs.

Summary:
The Respiratory Technician administers diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to facilitate the patient's breathing. He/she evaluates the respiratory care for appropriateness and effectiveness and communicates findings/results to other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Prepares for patient treatment; receives orders from Physicians for treatment; reviews requests to determine requirements for treatments; prioritizes work assignments; gathers necessary materials and equipment transports to patient's bedside' prepares medications; explains treatment and breathing procedures to patient; follows protocols.
Administers all respiratory care provided by department: administers MDI, medication nebulization, posture drainage, positive pressure breathing, mechanical ventilation, oxygen and aerosol therapy, incentive spirometry, etc. observes patient during treatments; performs auscultation, checks pulse, and respiratory rate; notifies Medical or Nursing personnel of any adverse reactions; records pertinent data on patient charts; carries out interventions appropriate to patient age, sex, physical and developmental needs; could assist with trauma, bronchoscopies, and critical care transports; provides neonatal respiratory care.
Performs invasive procedures such as suctioning and arterial blood gas sampling/analysis to ensure proper airway function and to provide relevant diagnostic data.
Perform evaluation: performs patient assessments and assigns appropriate care plans; reevaluates patients as scheduled; discusses care plans with Physicians.
Maintains assortment of equipment to assure proper function; troubleshoots equipment problems and performs quality controls.
