You will be the Crater/Packer for the Camden Operations team. What You Will Be Doing As the Crater/Packer, you will be responsible tasks ranging from routine crating and packing operation to preparation of non-standard crates and boxes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Determines packaging requirements from specifications, blueprints, oral instructions, or knowledge of materials to be shipped and shipping conditions.
* May build special crating fixtures and braces for shipping unusual or large items when standard boxes and crates cannot be used.
* May prepare material such as parts, assemblies, and tooling for special shipment.
* Packages materials by blocking, tying down, padding, securing, bracing, or other means to avoid damages.
* Uses standard hand and power woodworking tools and banding equipment.
* May coordinate loading or unloading of unusual items requiring special handling techniques.
* Operate folklifts, unload & load trucks of incoming and outgoing material.

We are seeking to fill an Intern - Quality Engineering role for Summer 2025 at our Camden, AR location.
After orientation and training, interns will perform entry-level engineering tasks on rocket propulsion projects. Interns will support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company projects. Interns must be able to operate effectively in a team environment.
Summer internships will start in approximately May/June and end in August/September.
Our growing Camden, AR site has the newest, state-of-the-art large solid rocket motor facility in the nation to produce rocket motors that support our nation's most important next generation national security programs, like the Sentinel (Ground Based Strategic Deterrent), hypersonics and missile defense targets. This internship will familiarize the candidate with the manufacturing floor making the connection between design requirements and manufacturing capability.
The intern will support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company quality practices, manufacturing, and programs. Tasks will vary but may include assisting technical staff in providing adequate methods to meet quality requirements, providing root cause and corrective actions, meeting delivery and performance targets, and supporting engineers in the design and development of products and processes to improve production.
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a B.S. degree program or higher in Industrial Technology, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or General Engineering. Will consider other majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar. Must be returning to school upon completion of the assignment.

3.2 GPA or above
Junior standing or above
Solid academic track record of accomplishment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
