Requirements: Associate's degree, or two years of related experience, providing customer service in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. A minimum of one year experience in business collateralized title processing and loan servicing required. One-year Federal Credit Report Act credit bureau reporting and dispute resolution experience preferred.
