Responsible for the post origination quality control of loan reviews for proper documentation, escrow account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, payment processing and other various types of adjustable loan processing as well as understanding applicable compliance issues with knowledge of SBA, Commercial RE, Business Loans and Participation/Syndication Loans. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for funding and boarding new loans on the ACBS loan system. + Process loan extension and modifications. + Process Syndication/Participation daily loan transactions, including but not limited to Payments, Disbursements. + Calculates Prepayment Penalty on request + Perform post origination quality control loan audits to ensure that proper legal documents have been received.
