Responsible for all processing functions including exception processing, data input, word processing and operation of specialized software programs and spreadsheets, including new loan call back. 4. Responsible for the integrity of data entered into the system of record within departmental guidelines to mitigate operational risk. 5. Responds to complex written and phone inquiries from customers and internal personnel regarding loans issues and requests in addition to responding to payoff demands. 6. Performs research, analysis and resolution of various accounting entries, issues and variances. 7. Reviews line advances, rate change notices and daily reconciliation. 8. Follows set departmental procedures to receive satisfactory audit. Include audit considerations when assisting in the development of new tasks within functional area 9. Assists with the development and implementation of procedures for department workflow. 10. Responsible for assisting, training and reviewing works of less experience loan servicing specialist. 11.
