WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Mortgage Loan Processor III is responsible for processing home equity line of credit's, purchase, and refinance transactions. What you will do
* Review loan approvals to determine what documents are required to move to closing.
* Communicate and respond to internal customers within 2 hours.
* Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage and prioritize daily workflow.
* Ensure all loans are reviewed at least every 3 days.
* Effectively manage an individual pipeline of 30-50 loans.
* Maintains current knowledge of CNB guidelines and loan programs.
* Meet and exceed monthly funding goals as set forth by management.

SUMMARY

Handles more complex Loan Servicing job functions, which could include but is not limited to Attorney Prepared Loan Processing, Complex Commercial Loans, Data Quality, Reconciliations, Reporting, and Collateral Management.
Assists with customer service calls regarding account inquiries and error or complaint resolution.
Updates data in the servicing core system and documents customer contact.
Monitors department and employee facing procedures for accuracy and as needs surface or processes change, partners with direct manager to help update existing or create new procedures.
Trains on new or existing procedures and processes, as well as assists in the training of new hires into department job functions.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
Engages in process improvement activities.
Helps monitor SLAs to partner with direct manager to ensure department work is completed timely and accurately.
Acts as a first level escalation point for complex customer inquiries.
Backs up support when Department Manager is Out of Office.

Position Summary
The Loan Officer plays an important role in the organization by performing a variety of activities directly related to the company's Production functions. The role is primarily responsible, under moderate supervision, for providing quality relations with borrowers through completing the origination processing of application, loan disclosure, review files for adherence to underwriting standards; ensuring completeness of submission to processing. Position Overview:
The Outside Loan Originator (“Outside LO”) is responsible for maintaining an NMLS license required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008, originating and processing real estate mortgage loans in accordance with CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (“CCM”) processes and product guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Source mortgage leads.
Build relationships with real estate agents and other lead sources.
Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
Market CCM products to individuals and firms, promoting CCM services that may meet customers' needs.
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
Generate complete loan applications with corresponding documentation.
Improve loan applications and documentation by informing the applicant of additional requirements.
Help customers by answering questions and responding to requests.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Own the communication with the real estate agent or referral source.
Confer with processing and underwriting to aid in resolving mortgage application problems.
Maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Regularly participate in activities in connection with mortgage sales, including but not limited to attend closings, open houses, and/or conduct CCM seminars/trainings and other lead-generating activities.

General Function: Process early disclosures, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures for consumer real estate loans according to regulation and WCU policy. Assist Originators with member contact regarding their real estate application and any additional information needed to process the application. Scrub application & information in Mortgage Bot for accuracy and completeness. Offer clerical and customer service support to all members of mortgage lending departments.
Position Functions:
Assist Mortgage Lending Department staff on a daily basis and assist Member Business Lending Department as needed.
Process and disclose Loan Estimates, re-disclosures, closing disclosures, and loan closing documents.
Scrub real estate applications in mortgage lending software system to verify accuracy and completeness of application and supporting documents (tax returns, W2's, etc.)
Serve as liaison between Member and Originator for missing or incomplete information needed to process the real estate application.
Assist with processing of real estate restructures, including but not limited to document processing, obtaining and adding restructure information to member accounts as needed.
Prioritize loan pipeline at the beginning of each workday to determine most important and time-sensitive tasks and projects; check pipeline at the end of each workday, to determine which tasks need to be done as soon as possible on the following workday.
Work closely with Title Specialists to prepare closing disclosure and closing documents for review in order to ensure accuracy.
Address compliance alerts and coordinate with Quality Assurance team to prepare any documentation needed for correction.
Report to work on time and as scheduled.

Performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers.
Responsibilities
Evaluates PrimeLending's and other loan products and services and determines which financial products best meet the customer's needs and financial circumstances.
Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales representatives in order to develop and retain existing business; and by visiting subdivisions as required.
Markets and promotes PrimeLending's financial products;
