Prepare documents for scanning to Synergy.
Scan, audit and index information to member files.
Facilitates the ability for the member to speak with internal business partners for resolution of inquiries and concerns that cannot be resolved by yourself.
Receives inbound calls in a call center environment and provides member services in accordance with all guidance, processes, and procedures of the call center.
Based on member needs, may make referrals to internal partners for product delivery
Maintains product knowledge up to date; has a full understanding of the features and benefits of the products and services offered by the credit union.
Effectively uses written and oral communication skills in daily correspondence, completion of tasks, interactions with members, peers, and other internal stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers.
Process credit loan applications and use product knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers.
Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
Grow account volume through good judgment and effective customer solicitations in the branch and by telephone.
Minimize delinquent debt through calling customers and collecting on past-due accounts.
Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy.
Transport money and deposits to and from bank.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Prior customer service experience in either a sales/retail environment or cash management environment.
Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.

Responsible for the accurate review and preparation of loan documents and loan information for the purpose of delivery to the settlement agent within company standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews conditions, requirements, and parameters of loan from U/W approval, Sales Contract, Appraisal, Lock, Flood Cert, and other documentation
Audits files for accuracy and performs final calculations for final data input based on taxes and insurance(s)
Inputs and reviews all data in LOS system for accuracy, to include, but not limited to input of fees provided by Settlement Agent.
Prepares CD based on fees and information provided from branch and title company, reviews for accuracy, ensuring compliance with RESPA.
Prepares and sends all required loan documents to the Settlement Agent
Responsible for complying with the various rules, regulations, policies and ethical standards governing the financial services industry including compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years experience of document drawing experience in the residential lending industry.
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to consistently draw between 8-10 closing packages per day.
Excellent understanding of escrow instructions, title reports and endorsements.
