Responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of mortgage loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures; Develops business relationships with customers; Promotes business for the Bank. DUTIES
Identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships. Originate and generate new mortgage loans.
Respond to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from own contacts and from other business channels.
Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advice customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.
Provide complete loan applications to processing personnel.
Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.
Coordinate and review loan documentation for loan closing.
Assist manager in implementing business plan and marketing strategy to achieve the Bank's financial objectives and CRA goals.
Cross sell other bank products and services.
Provides leadership, training and support to less experienced staff members in the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: College degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in originating mortgage loans with a track record of business development.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan and government lending guidelines
strong business development skills
PC proficient in Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin required.

General Summary

As a Coin Processor, you work with your team to maintain inventory in our cash vaults for our Loomis customers
Responsibilities
* Count, sort, and handle coin bags weighing 50 pounds
* Manage the proper storage of pallets of boxed coin
* Previous forklift experience preferred (though not required)
Requirements
* Repetitiously lift, without assistance, at least 50 pounds from floor level to 3-4 foot level
* Ability to move bulk coin with hand carts or manual pallet jacks
Working Conditions
* Work in a large area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light
* Full-time schedule can potentially consist of an average of 40 to 50 hours/week, with a minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period

As part of the qualification process for the Coin Processor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:
Lift:
* 25lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X)
Lift-Carry:
* 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 15ft (4X)
* 18lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 300ft (1X)
* 50lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 2ft (2X)
Push-Pull:

Responsible for managing relationships and generating new mortgage loans from Realtors, referral partners, prospective homebuyers and borrowers. Responsible for managing and overseeing a team of HomeLoan Consultants.

Primary Accountabilities:
Direct Sales and Relationship Management
Individually originate and close a minimum of $1,000,000 per month in residential mortgage loans. Interview applicants to determine their ability to qualify for a mortgage loan. Analyze the applicant's financial situation in order to qualify them for the correct loan amount and mortgage program that fits their individual needs.
Represent Home Loans Division in managing relationships with clients of Home Loans Division including its borrowers who apply for mortgage loans and Realtors, developers and other referral partners who are in a position to refer current or future borrowers to Home Loans Division for mortgage financing opportunities.
Sales Team Management
Provide timely support to all team members in the form of loan training, loan analysis, business development, and loan troubleshooting to ensure regulatory compliance as well as compliance with policies and procedures.
Assist in the recruiting and managing of new team members as positions open or as their team merits expansion.
Data Management
Input customer information into the loan origination system and all other systems (i.e. automated underwriting, contact management, etc.) as deemed necessary.
Consulting
Make recommendations regarding credit decisions on residential mortgages to the underwriting representatives of Home Loans Division or of various wholesale funding sources.
Compliance
Knowledge of and compliance with the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, and the bank's policies and procedures, affecting the employee's job duties and responsibilities that pertains to the Home Loans Division.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma required.
Experience:
6+ years of direct sales experience within the mortgage industry required (A bachelor's degree can substitute for 2 years of work experience.)
5+ years of supervisory OR 3+ years management experience required.
License/Certification:
Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required prior to performing any duties of a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.
