About the Role
Develop and administer a portfolio of agricultural, commercial, real estate, construction, and consumer loans. Our lenders have the ability to work with any type of loans, focusing on expanding our Ag lending in the Greeley Market, but also having the desire to assist our current and prospective customers on any type of loan for a diverse portfolio.
As a Agriculture Lending Officer (AVP, VP, SVP dependent upon experience), you will:
Develop, originate and administer a portfolio of commercial, real estate, construction, agricultural and consumer loans to meet or exceed the Bank's credit quality, profitability, growth and service objectives.
Manage the grading and collection of all related loans.
Participate in Tier I Loan Committee
Cross sells financial products offered by FFB to care for all of a customer's financial needs.
Provide professional customer service.
Communicate effectively and work in harmony with all departmental and non-departmental staff.
General knowledge and understanding of lending laws and regulations.
Specific knowledge of the bank loan policy.
Provide various reports as requested.
Assist in the development and implementation of lending policies, procedures and strategies.
Participates in community and civic activities.

As applicable, orders appraisals, title, survey, verifications, and any other items required for loan approval; conducts regular follow-ups with outside sources regarding outstanding documents.
Verifies the data collected, analyzes, and decides whether it meets guidelines or if other documentation is needed; documents communication through the conversation log; ensures loan application is in compliance with underwriting, investor, RESPA, and HMDA guidelines.
Calculates income, reviews assets and liabilities.

JOB SUMMARY

The Post Closing Loan Specialist is responsible for administering post-closing documentation in preparation for loan sale. They also act as a liaison between the Loan Servicing Vendor and Affordable Mortgage Solutions, LLC (AMS). In addition, this role is a critical “lifeline” that assists our homeowner partners who are struggling with payment delinquency and risk of foreclosure. Delinquency Prevention
