You will:
Have primary responsibility for achieving or exceeding Credit Union's commercial lending goals including originating, underwriting, documenting, and monitoring loans for and in the commercial loan portfolio.
Understand and effectively apply commercial loan policies as well as evaluate and proactively respond to changes in regulatory, market, and competitive conditions with the ability to communicate changes, policies, etc. to staff.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of commercial lending field including structuring, underwriting, and documenting commercial loan transactions.
Maintain awareness of commercial lending field, including government regulation, commercial needs and preferences, and relationship-enhancements.
Participate in community affairs to increase Credit Union's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.
