THE JOB
To support the performance and activities of the General Manager. Responsible for ensuring that all incoming phone calls are answered in a professional manner, distribute mail, greet and direct visitors and assist various departments with administrative-support duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Handle all projects as directed by GM
Answer all calls that go to the GM line
Coordinate GM schedule, daily calendar of meetings, events, etc.
Liaison between staff and General Manager
Answers a high volume of calls in an efficient and professional manner and screening calls as required. Direct callers to the appropriate personnel and performs follow-up calls and correspondence
Scheduling of Appointments
Coordinate/Arrange Corporate VIP/VIP requests, i.e., ticket requests, seating arrangements and lodging, etc.
Handle all ticket requests for GM review, i.e. V.I.P., Home Office, Employee, etc. Must work closely with Box Office management on all ticket requests to ensure tickets are distributed to the correct parties.
Handle special Artist Hotel requests for talent department
Coordinate/arrange travel for GM and other unit personnel as directed by GM
Organize and maintain GM filing system
Keep books on all venue reports, i.e., Flash, COS, Labor, etc.
Keep copy of all vendors agreements on file
Order all stationery for administrative personnel and business cards for all management personnel.
May coordinate office birthday recognition.
Coordinates parking validation with local garages
Locate and purchase office furniture as requested by GM, i.e. chairs, desks, etc.
Compare services and rates of select vendors such as FedEx, UPS, Cannon, etc., while working with corporate to guarantee lowest possible rates
Responsible for ordering venue office supplies
Negotiate prices for office supplies and maintain positive relationship with vendors
Liaison with service maintenance companies for all office equipment
Handle all mail service requests for UPS, Federal Express and US Postal Service
May assist with other functions such as data entry and other clerical duties as requested
Works on all donation requests for the venue
Fills in on main phone line when phone ambassadors go on break or are away from their desk
Schedule/update LED marquee
Update outlook shared calendar and weekly managers schedules
Handles phones - password resets, name changes, changes to phone tree, dial by name directory etc.
Coordinates all group ticket sales
Update staffing document on common drive
Coordinates and maintains all marketing material
Issues and tracks employee access passes
Send weekly OT report to managers
Assist Other Employees as needed
Maintain HOBE safety and sanitation standards
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
1-2 years of Receptionist experience
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
Ability to work under heavy volume to meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in handling VIP guest relations, phone etiquette, communication skills
Must have the ability to prioritize, organize, handle multiple tasks
Ability to provide leadership, engage in positive interaction with staff and guests, prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail oriented, self-driven, forecast issues and handle last minute projects to meet deadlines.

THE ROLE
The Operations Manager will ensure the night runs as smoothly as possible, with seamless service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients. Opening and closing protocols must be followed and maintained. Must be able to multitask and assist all departments of the venue.

QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience as an operations manager in live events and/or club operations
Degree in hospitality, business management, or marketing or related experience
6+ years of experience in people and team management
Proficient in budgeting, reconciling, and analyzing event operations excel spreadsheets
Responsible for Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Flexible schedule with the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent English comprehension (both written and verbal)
Ability to work long hours
Ability to work in loud/bright environments (lasers, flashing lights, etc.)

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Supervisor - Parking Services. The Parking Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the parking staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Under the direction of the Parking Manager, assist in making sure all parking areas are safe, clean and orderly. Also assists in maximizing the space usage of all parking areas.
• Direct and supervise parking staff and other employees performing parking services as directed by the Parking Manager.
• Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guest and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
• On an ongoing basis lead and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details.
• Assist with managing breaks.

• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Oversee productivity and work assignments of the parking staff and communicates with the Parking Manager (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.

THE POSITION - Venue Nation Rotational Intern
The Venue Nation Rotational Internship is a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on learning experiences for those who are interested in careers in the live entertainment industry. Each week will focus on a different area of business including venue operations, security, marketing, ticketing and upsells, fan and artist services, production, merchandise, premium services, special events, and food and beverage. North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew to elevate our sustainability program to new heights in 2025. This role is the backbone and driving force behind Live Nation's resource recovery and circularity program and is responsible for ensuring maximum landfill diversion during event waste sorting, educating both fans and staff, and supporting your Venue
Sustainability Manager's efforts contributing to the venue sustainability culture. This position will work under the Venue Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. Meeting the diversion goal will be a priority task for the Venue Sustainability Manager, and therefore all Venue Sustainability Crew at the venue. This is a seasonal, part-time position with varied hours depending on show schedule and business needs across the season. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
* Assist in the mid and post-show waste sorting process of all recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
* Be available to work show days and non-show days on both weekdays and
weekends to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
* Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to all venue Crew Members and fans.
* Maintain a clean sorting area and support the post-show pick after each event,
which will occasionally result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after a show.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment
Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager
Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed
Band Set changes
Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).
Responsible for communicating the details of the evening's event to production crew

Responsible for coordinating the food trays for the band back of house
Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required
Maintenance and Repair of Sound, Light and Stage Equipment

Maintain and secure House Backline, and supplies
Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine
service.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required
maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

THE JOB
The Magnolia is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant who will be responsible for parking vehicles or
issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking
fee.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide guests
with instructions for locating vehicles.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as
necessary.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
• Greet guests and open their car doors.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
• Issue ticket stubs, or place numbered tags on windshields, and give guests matching tags
for locating parked vehicles.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include
implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste
and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may
include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• One-year previous guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide

THE JOB
North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew to elevate our sustainability program to new heights in 2025. This role is the backbone and driving force behind Live Nation's resource recovery and circularity program and is responsible for ensuring maximum landfill diversion during event waste sorting, educating both fans and staff, and supporting your Venue
Sustainability Manager's efforts contributing to the venue sustainability culture. This position will work under the Venue Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. Meeting the diversion goal will be a priority task for the Venue Sustainability Manager, and therefore all Venue Sustainability Crew at the venue. This is a seasonal, part-time position with varied hours depending on show schedule and business needs across the season. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
• Assist in the mid and post-show waste sorting process of all recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
• Be available to work show days and non-show days on both weekdays and
weekends to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
• Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to all venue Crew Members and fans.
• Maintain a clean sorting area and support the post-show pick after each event,
which will occasionally result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after a show.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager on an as-need basis.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Show days require about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching,
stooping, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. with about 75% of that time spent sorting
materials.
