Qualifications What you will need to be considered: Inclusion Companion I: Must be at least 16 years of age and/or have completed 10th grade by June 1, 2025. No experience or less than one year of experience working with individuals with a disability is qualifying; will work with individual with mild disability. Inclusion Companion II: Must be at least 18 years of age and/or have a high school diploma or GED certificate by June 1, 2025. More than one year of experience working with individuals with a mild to moderate disability preferred.
