Responsibilities

Qualifications
At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs
Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
Possess valid driver's license or state ID
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
Additional Requirements

Skills

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of a Nurse Aide Program.
Effective May 18, 2017 - must have attended at a minimum outside training program consisting of classroom and supervised practicum of a minimum of 75 hours (A minimum of 16 hours of classroom training must precede a minimum of 16 hours of supervised practical training as part of the 75 hours).
One-year experience as a nurse aide/assistant in a healthcare facility or as a home health aide in a home care/hospice agency.
Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, and sound judgment.
Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience.
Preferred Qualifications
