Informa TechTarget is seeking a Paralegal to join the Company's Legal Department, to support the Legal, Corporate Secretarial, and Privacy Teams. Reporting to the VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, you will be (i)supporting US and International corporate governance functions, managing subsidiary entities and records, and ensuring coordination of legal processes, (ii) working with internal and external resources to manage entity documentation and registrations, ensure compliance, and handle critical legal and administrative tasks; and (iii) supporting the contract management, sales, and customer success teams with vendor and customer contract review, negotiation, administration, and other support functions. Essential functions:
Maintain corporate records, prepare subsidiary reports, assist with filings as required (including annual reports, name changes, formations, withdrawals, dissolutions, etc.)
Draft consents, secretary/officer certificates, and other entity documentation
Coordinate with local directors and officers and manage service providers, including registered agents, subsidiary support service providers, and auditors
