Responsibilities:
Hosting and speaking at public workshops, educate probable clients about all of their estate and financial planning options
Meeting with probable clients for first consultations and gathering all necessary information to make planning recommendations, and most importantly, aiding with the client to overcome procrastination and retain
Engaging clients to move forward with preparation of estate planning documents
Reviewing drafts of the estate plan to ensure the plan meets client needs and wishes
Utilizing your legal technical knowledge fiduciary responsibility to make recommendations to clients in order to create an exceptional, individualized plan
Conducting document signing appointments with clients including notarization of all documents while also explaining the plan, how it was designed based on their wishes and needs, and answering and addressing any and all concerns

Responsibilities:
