Litigation Attorney Job 12 miles from Needham
Peabody & Arnold LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join our dynamic employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of employment litigation and/or employment counseling experience.
Our employment practice group represents a wide variety of employers, from some of the state's largest employers to small business owners, on a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, wage and hour, breach of contract, as well as other statutory and common law claims under state and federal law. We offer our clients advice and counseling to minimize the risk of litigation, and also zealously defend our clients when disputes and litigation arise.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
JD from accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Active MA bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
4-6 years of litigation experience or employment counseling experience
Outstanding research, writing, and analytic skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to organization and excellence
Ability to multitask and work independently within a collaborative team setting
