Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Operations Project Coordinator leads and coordinates the NBD change and innovation management process (PIF/PCF) for all Operations functions including domestic and global Co-manufacturing. Responsible for timely and successful coordination and completion of project activities for the creation or revision of Finished Goods and products. This encompasses all packaging components and functional requirements from preliminary information through to finished goods delivery.
Load and update the company NBD project tracker with new project information. Identify components, change requirements, and align completion dates to support project target date. Evaluate project progress; with a weekly progress bulletin, evaluate and communicate on critical-path action items. Take part in change management by: determining topics and action items for bi-weekly manufacturing/marketing review meetings.
Ensure proper prioritization of tasks within project teams. Reviews completeness of projects and project documents; ensure all required actions have been identified and assigned. Reviews dates, ensuring project sequence dates support project completion dates. Where project completion is threatened by delayed sequences, escalate appropriately
Using information from ERP and NBD System , this role enters information into project tracker. Identifies appropriate team members, issues instruction email with directives, deadlines and other status-related items (overdue, upcoming actions) to ensure project completion. Enter tasks into company systems (PPT, NBD GUI) where applicable. Track accountability and status for internal and external actions related to project progress. Issues weekly task requirements summary.
Maintain a prioritized list of new initiatives and ensure projects are communicated and managed in order to achieve target ship dates and volumes. Participates in NBD Steering Committee providing performance data and assists with process improvement.
Generate weekly Company NBD Progress report for company circulation. Create internal outstanding-action report for project team members, and project review topic reports for biweekly meetings. Where project actions have exceeded timelines, generate exception report. Reports periodically on timelines, processes, and improvement opportunities. KPI reporting on a monthly basis; ad hoc reporting as needed.
Complete new component system data set ups according to System Set Up Process. Regularly complete the analysis of component system data identify errors and omissions and amend data records according to directions.
Develop a Career Plan for myself that will allow me to achieve my overall career objectives.
Utilize the PDS system for self-development leading to continuous improvement in performance.
Maintain, monitor and report on Company wide NBD project performance in terms of project volumes, timings and completions.
Responds to all inquiries and issues of internal and external customers quickly and proactively provides updates. Ensure potential project delays are addressed and preventive actions identified.

Job Description/Responsibilities: Market Development Manager - Distributor Management - Tennesse
This role partners with the State Manager to accelerate Sazerac's market share of our BCSP/SSP (priority) brands. Directs and develops high-value sales programming ,in collaboration with the wholesaler network, to accelerate sales velocity of Sazerac brands by utilizing the most effective and efficient (high ROI) brand drivers in the marketplace. Programming responsibilities include developing and managing price strategies, negotiating and measuring distributor KPIs, including growth goals and margins, evaluating scan and rebate effectiveness, monitoring and acting on competitive activity in the market, collaborating with field execution team to set and support volume goals and KPIs, localized brand planning and marketing, launching innovation items and forecasting/inventory planning to ensure sufficient inventory availability.
Achieve volume objectives for the Brand Country State Priorities in market. Use KPI's to ensure that execution standards are achieved in market. Monitor results through the use of KPI tracking and COGNOS and provide feedback to the State Manager and Distributor. Partner with distributor on new item set up, NBD forecasting, brand education, sales support to ensure successful partnerhsip.
Ensure that I have a prioritized PDS plan, along with tangible action plans and am making progress against these action steps.
Ensure execution of initiatives within an account base that will include national account retailers. In partnership with the State Manager, provide feedback with the appropriate National Account Manager.
Execute on the identified Priorities, Projects and Tasks to ensure that market is properly focused on the highest priority and highest reward project. Monitors performance of these activities through distributor and Key Account personnel.
Update the market key retailer contacts information in the Key Contacts Access System
Provide market intelligence to State Manager on data related to emerging consumer behavior and consumption patterns. Ensure seamless distributor and retail level integration/communication of new brand acquisitions.
Identify, develop and propose strategic pricing opportunities throughout the year that are consistent with brand positioning strategies in the market. Recommend these opportunities to the State Manager for approval. Communicate the approved changes to the distributor/broker and customer service.
Manage market budgets to achieve Fiscal Budgets. Track Spending vs. Budget to achieve Brand Contribution goal. Develop Expense Tracking system to manage all expenditures against budget.
Ensure that the brands in the portfolio develop and perform in a manner consistent with the company's overall strategy. Manage timelines and budgets to successful implementation. Build the ABA portfolio to capture formidable market share and brand contribution over the long term.
Build and maintain great relationships and secure great execution in retail off premise accounts as measured by sales drivers and KPIs.
