Cons of working at LifeBridge Health
The management in this one dept was very unprofessional and lacked maturity. There was favoritism displayed and a lot of private closed door sessions which should not have occurred. It was not a team per day .. it was more of a two party department. There were lies which were stated and upon bringing it up -they attempted to cover up . Luckily I have Everything in writing. I would highly suggest thinking twice before joining this organization.
