Pros of working at Life Care Centers of America
Pros are the cleanliness of the facility, the residents, the friends I have there and the vacation and sick time are pretty nice. I also like that our facility is a top choice for rehab and long term care in our city.
Cons of working at Life Care Centers of America
High turnover. Very few and very low pay raises 1% for years, now 3% first year in many. Ignore this topic if brought up. They so pay more to Nurses and CNAs so they don't quit. No 401K match.

My vacation time. I like that if you don't use it you lose it so you can justify taking the time you are promised, which doesn't always happen at some companies. People do need rest and family time.
