Our focus is on early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
As a Soar BCBA you will:
Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
Collaborate with clinical teams (including speech, OT, and psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM (our clinical leaders will teach you the approach, it is okay to be new to it)
Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients
Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
ABA early intervention experience

*School Based Mental Health Therapist* Pathways is a mental health organization that aims to promote the well-being of individuals through pathways towards a healthier life. We are currently seeking afull-time Mental Health Therapist in a school-based setting.
These positions are located primarily in Calvert County public schools and may work at our Calvert Office in Prince Frederick and occasionally in our Hollywood Clinic. The therapists will provide individual, group, and family counseling and therapy in a school setting. They will also provide psychoeducation and behavioral modification techniques to teachers during in-service days.
The therapists will create, plan and facilitate in class presentations addressing student mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, bullying, and suicide awareness. The therapist will also create, plan and facilitate small groups targeting substance use, truancy, and academic success. Additionally, they will conduct diagnostic assessments and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
During the summer months, they will provide telehealth sessions that will be a blend of virtual and in-person sessions based on the client's requirements. The therapist will also have the option to work from home during all school holidays. A flexible summer leave option might be available.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Center for Hope's DOVE Domestic Violence Program at Northwest Hospital Mental Health Therapist provides group and individual counseling/psychotherapy to victims of domestic violence and their children. Position is Monday through Friday with some evening hours and is grant funded. This position requires a strong knowledge of domestic violence, child development, expressive therapies modalities, trauma and its emotional and physical effects, as well as appropriate therapy techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC
1-3 years of experience
Must have trauma informed experience
Experience working with children preferred
May need to flex hours to accommodate clients as needed (flexibility to work remotely in that regard). Flexibility required.
Range $60 to $75K based on experience
