**Responsibilities**
+ Must demonstrate a superior willingness to help external and internal customers

+ Provides detailed activity notes as to what appropriate action is needed for the Benefit Investigation processing
+ Assist with coordination of travel and lodging associated with patient therapy
+ Working alongside teammates to best support the needs of the patient population or transfer caller to appropriate team member (when applicable)
+ Resolve patient's questions and any representative for the patient's concerns regarding status of their request for assistance
+ Update internal treatment plan statuses and external pharmacy treatment statuses
+ Maintain accurate and detailed notations for every interaction using the appropriate database for the inquiry
+ Make all outbound calls to patient and/or provider to discuss any missing information and/or benefit related information
+ Notify patients, physicians, practitioners, and/or clinics of any financial responsibility of services provided as applicable
+ Responsible for placing all outbound calls to ensure the process is complete
+ Assess patient's financial ability to afford therapy and provide hand on guidance to appropriate financial assistance
+ Must follow through on all benefit investigation rejections, including Prior Authorizations, Appeals, etc. All avenues to obtain coverage for the product must be fully exhausted
+ Documentation must be clear and accurate and stored in the appropriate sections of the database
+ Must track any payer/plan issues and report any changes, updates, or trends to management
+ Ability to search insurance options and explain various programs to the patient while helping them to select the best coverage option for their situation
+ Handle all escalations and ensure proper communication of the resolution within required timeframe agreed upon by the client

Case Managers will work with clients in an office, community, school setting, and in the foster home. This position will add value to the company by equipping the child and foster parent (s) with the support and resources needed to achieve permanency.
The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Placement/Intake/Assessment
· Participate in the referral matching process for children and families, while advocating for best possible home match.
· Facilitate and develop each child's Initial Treatment Plan and Comprehensive Treatment Plan
· Facilitate and/or ensure completion of appropriate Assessments, i.e. Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic, etc.
· Refer foster child to applicable support services, i.e. behavioral health, independent living, etc.

Ongoing Treatment/Discharge
· Develop and facilitate each consumer's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)

· Establish relationships of foster parent and foster child through training and support
· Meet and/or exceed all state and licensure regulations regarding contact with the foster children on your caseload
· Ensure that foster children receive all required medical and therapy services as outlined in the service plan

· Provide transportation as needed

Crisis Prevention/Management

SUMMARY
The Group Clinician is responsible for working with children/youth and their families of various racial/cultural groups in a school-based setting. The primary role of the Group Clinician is facilitating daily therapeutic groups in a classroom setting for children Pre-K to grade 6. What you'll do at OhioMHAS:
This limited-term program aims to grow Ohio's psychologist workforce to meet the needs of our patients within our regional psychiatric hospitals. Participants gain advance skills while helping to improve hospital capacity and patient outcomes.
Our regional hospitals have a high percentage of justice-involved patients. Psychology Assistants (PAs) will gain experience in the realm of forensic psychology during their term. In this program, PAs will conduct psychological evaluations, including cognitive, personality, and risk assessments. They will assist in diagnosing mental health conditions and development of treatment plans and interventions.
This program provides Psychology Assistants invaluable experience in working with complex mental health cases while preparing PAs for licensure and long-term careers as psychologists.
Psychology Assistants will also contribute to hospital initiatives aimed at improving patient care and treatment outcomes, as well as working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care within our regional psychiatric hospitals.
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range and pay range 13 for post-doctoral employees on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule.

Recovery Services Correctional Program Coordinators (Counselors) use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills in the treatment of offenders who need substance use recovery treatment and programming.
Duties of the Correctional Program Coordinator include:
At assigned correctional institution, provide alcohol and drug group counseling and other ancillary services to the participants on your caseload.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge planning with participants (documented in electronic health record).
Engage and offer clients referral to Medication-Assisted Treatment, Narcan and Community Linkage to foster and strengthen recovery.
Monitor and evaluate progress of the participants in the substance use programs.
Provide continuing care planning.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, however will include one evening shift during the week.
Facilitate two (2) cohorts of treatment programming at a time, with a ratio of 1:15 participants.
Monitor activities of volunteers, and oversee support/fellowship meetings.
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 11 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Treatment Foster Care Living Case Manager
The Case Manager will work with the Director in all aspects of a Treatment Foster Care program. This individual is responsible for overseeing the well-being of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or other circumstances. The case manager will provide, coordinate and facilitate necessary services to foster youth and their foster caregivers to support the youth's permanency goal.

Assists and advocates on behalf of foster youth to secure needed resources, services and supports.
Collaborates with foster parents and youth in development of crisis plans and provides crisis assistance and coaching as needed.
Assist youth with development of skills that will enhance and improve function in areas that include, but are not limited to interpersonal relationships, anger management, coping, and mental health needs.
Completion of diagnostic assessments, individual service plans and corresponding documentation as applicable and appropriate in a timely manner.
Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary team.
Conduct visits with children and foster care givers that include the ongoing assessment of child safety, permanency and well-being.
Perform case management responsibilities in accordance with state and federal laws, Oesterlen policies, procedures and council on accreditation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required; must be licensed or license eligible (LSW). Previous experience with children and youth in foster care preferred. Must have excellent planning and time management skills, be able to work with a wide variety of professionals and non-professionals.

What you'll do at OhioMHAS:
This limited-term program aims to grow Ohio's psychologist workforce to meet the needs of our patients within our regional psychiatric hospitals. Participants gain advance skills while helping to improve hospital capacity and patient outcomes.
Our regional hospitals have a high percentage of justice-involved patients. Psychology Assistants (PAs) will gain experience in the realm of forensic psychology during their term. In this program, PAs will conduct psychological evaluations, including cognitive, personality, and risk assessments. They will assist in diagnosing mental health conditions and development of treatment plans and interventions.
This program provides Psychology Assistants invaluable experience in working with complex mental health cases while preparing PAs for licensure and long-term careers as psychologists.
Psychology Assistants will also contribute to hospital initiatives aimed at improving patient care and treatment outcomes, as well as working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care within our regional psychiatric hospitals.
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range and pay range 13 for post-doctoral employees on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule.
This position is limited-term (temporary), and will only last up to two years for post-doctoral employees who are working towards licensure in psychology from an accredited university.

Position Summary
The case manager/prior authorization RN reviews upcoming medical treatments, services, or procedures for the pain and wound clinic's patient populations to determine whether their procedure or therapy qualifies for insurance coverage. The nurse assesses, evaluates, and provides recommendations to help ensure patients receive the services they need. Responsible for working denial queues to facilitate resolution for denied claims.
