o Notify Content Owners about project closure, ensuring that content tasks are closed and CSAT is completed.
4. Cross-Functional Communication:
o Foster collaboration with Content Owners, Creative Agencies, and Channel Leads by providing guidance on content workflow management.
o Conduct governance calls with the PMO regularly.
o Facilitate the onboarding of Agencies and New Project Owners.
o Conduct Hypercare/Training Sessions as needed.
