This is a full time, position working Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm at various branch offices on a daily/weekly basis in the Greater Sacramento area.
The ideal candidate is customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritizes in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and have the ability to interact effectively with the public, real estate sales agents, office staff and varied personalities in a real estate office setting. This position reports directly to the Director of Office Support
Office Support Coordinator responsibilities include:
Perform general office duties to include but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors and agents, providing general information, mail distribution, ordering office supplies, data entry, filing and preparing correspondence.
Processing real estate listings and sales using MLS and other internal programs
Processing advertising requests and ordering signs
Processing agent documents and conducting agent onboarding and offboarding
Providing administrative support to the branch office manager as directed
Maintaining petty cash
Operating a multi-line phone system
Experience/Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, general office or sales support role
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Proficient with MLS, Microsoft Office programs, Google Suite and social media platforms
Experience in Real Estate industry a strong plus
Strong organizational stills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse personalities at all levels inside and outside the organization.
Valid CA Driver's License
Must be able to travel to our branch sales offices in the greater Sacramento area and have reliable transportation

The Outreach Specialist (OS) plays a critical role at Upward Health. The OS is the first point of contact with our company for our patients. Overall Expectations:

Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Program Director, the Tribal Communities Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating WellSpace Health's 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline outreach, training, data collection, public messaging, and community relations with Tribal Health partners in Northern California counties. In particular, the position will work closely with Riverside San Bernardino County Indian Health Inc. during the execution of a three-year SAMHSA 988 Tribal Response Grant and help develop culturally responsive training for 988 counselors at WellSpace Health and across the statewide CA 988 network.
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma required. Associate degree in related field preferred, or 1 year experience working in community outreach or behavioral health in lieu of education.
* Ability to collaborate internally and externally on community events.
* Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience working within California's 988 Network or within the national 988 network is strongly preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours 24/7 including some evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

* Co-develop with training supervisor, culturally responsive crisis service training for 988 counselors to ensure counselors provide crisis intervention and referral services in a manner that is reflective and respectful towards the needs of American Indian and Alaska Native individuals contacting 988.
* Training materials shall be developed for live and recorded for ongoing training.
* Training materials will be developed utilizing best practice standards in crisis intervention
* Provide guidance to WellSpace Health's with Distract Attorney's office, the CA 988 Tribal Response Task Force, on the development of culturally responsive 988 promotional materials including posters, media campaigns, public service announcements and informational packets.
* Develop, track and incorporate into WellSpace Health's referral database and the California Office of Emergency Services unified technology platform for 988, statewide and tribally specific 988 referral resources for American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
* Serve as primary liaison for WellSpace Health to Tribal Health agencies, United Indian Involvement, Feather River Tribal Health, K'ima:w Medical Center, Redding Rancheria Tribal Health, Lake County Tribal Health Consortium, Inc., and Sacramento Native American Health Center and also coordinate related outreach activities with Didi Hirsch (988 Center) in Sacramento.

Our service population has always been primarily composed of patients who face unequal access to care because of their membership in historically underinvested communities. Peach Tree Health provides comprehensive medical, dental, vision and behavioral healthcare services across the life span in the Northern California Counties of Butte, Sacramento, Sutter, and Yuba. Peach Tree Health operates four community health center sites, a mobile dental clinic and two vision clinics which serve over 32,000 patients. Peach Tree's services target the uninsured and underserved families throughout the region.
The Community Health Worker (CHW) functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team that conducts patient support to help achieve good health practices. Primary responsibilities include facilitation of health improvement, health promotion, health program development and support, disease prevention activities, and coordination with other partners within the community. CHWs assist clients by helping to resolve personal issues and identify resources to meet client needs. The CHW helps clients by providing support and counseling to individuals dealing with issues such as requiring basic behavioral health and medical care, substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation and navigating human relationships. Most CHW duties will be conducted in the community, on the streets, and on site at the clinic. The CHW will also lead and organize community group activities and outreach events. The CHW will perform all tasks to support patient access to care, and services to reduce barriers to care, and increase access to social and health resources such as enrollments for Medi-Cal/Medicare programs, State, County, and Federal programs. Position Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of the Guardian Scholars Program (GSP) the Student Services Professional II (Program Outreach Coordinator) performs outreach and recruitment activities to engage and enroll current and former foster youth, and unsheltered youth to programs. Explain programs, enrollment process, and services to individuals, caregivers, community colleges, and community organizations; provide referrals to students, staff and community organizations on college programs and procedures and seek information concerning the need for additional programs; work with GSP staff, faculty and administration to develop, organize, and coordinate activities and events that facilitate student orientation, campus tours, and outreach designed to promote recruitment efforts for current and former foster youth. Nurture relationships with local feeder high schools, governmental agencies and community-based organizations through in-person, Zoom, written and electronic communication.
Represent the college at community functions and organizational meetings; develop, organize, supervise and attend workshops, forums, conferences, and related college sponsored events; assist in the development and/or selection of marketing and promotional materials, such as appropriate media packages, and interface with other college departments on marketing strategies; conduct orientation sessions and periodic training sessions and workshops for caregivers, community members, student assistants, and student workers. Train and oversee student assistants, interns and student volunteers; track student contacts to monitor services required and provide follow-up throughout the enrollment process; provide data for institutional research; perform follow-up studies and evaluations of outreach services; develop and maintain the outreach master calendar; perform related duties as assigned.
This role requires use of sound independent judgment while dealing with moderately complex student service problems. It demands the utilization of effective interpersonal skills with both individuals and groups, to be flexible and versatile, to use tact and sensitivity and to apply effective analytical skills in assisting with the preparation of documentation, mandatory reporting and program assessment.

Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Program Director, the Tribal Communities Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating WellSpace Health's 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline outreach, training, data collection, public messaging, and community relations with Tribal Health partners in Northern California counties. In particular, the position will work closely with Riverside San Bernardino County Indian Health Inc. during the execution of a three-year SAMHSA 988 Tribal Response Grant and help develop culturally responsive training for 988 counselors at WellSpace Health and across the statewide CA 988 network.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required. Associate degree in related field preferred, or 1 year experience working in community outreach or behavioral health in lieu of education.
Ability to collaborate internally and externally on community events.
Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working within California's 988 Network or within the national 988 network is strongly preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours 24/7 including some evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Commitment to HIPAA and ability to abide by standards of professional ethics and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in project management skills including planning, developing timelines and implementation of projects.
Ability to strictly abide by the WellSpace Health telework agreement if offered the position.
Adherence to infection control procedures, including but not limited to, standard precautions of temperature monitoring, hand washing, symptom self-monitoring, masking and social distancing.
Assist and support the Center/Department/Program to meet standards of High Reliability.
Essential Responsibilities
Represent WellSpace Health on the California 988 Tribal Response Task Force and provide Task Force members with a working understanding of 988 network, routing, data trends and both operational and clinical standards.
Assist in the development, in collaboration with WellSpace Health's Suicide Prevention and Crisis Services leadership team, of data tracking mechanisms to track and report on utilization of 988 services by American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
Contribute to the development of trauma-informed training materials for the California 988 Network and Suicide Prevention and Crisis Services programs.
Co-develop with training supervisor, culturally responsive crisis service training for 988 counselors to ensure counselors provide crisis intervention and referral services in a manner that is reflective and respectful towards the needs of American Indian and Alaska Native individuals contacting 988.
Training materials shall be developed for live and recorded for ongoing training.
Training materials will be developed utilizing best practice standards in crisis intervention
Provide guidance to WellSpace Health's with Distract Attorney's office, the CA 988 Tribal Response Task Force, on the development of culturally responsive 988 promotional materials including posters, media campaigns, public service announcements and informational packets.
Develop, track and incorporate into WellSpace Health's referral database and the California Office of Emergency Services unified technology platform for 988, statewide and tribally specific 988 referral resources for American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
Serve as primary liaison for WellSpace Health to Tribal Health agencies, United Indian Involvement, Feather River Tribal Health, K'ima:w Medical Center, Redding Rancheria Tribal Health, Lake County Tribal Health Consortium, Inc., and Sacramento Native American Health Center and also coordinate related outreach activities with Didi Hirsch (988 Center) in Sacramento.
Complete all required state and federal report updates regarding outreach and service utilization specific to American Indian and Alaska Native populations.

The work environment is characteristic of a medical clinic environment.
