Oversee the processing of customers credit cards who have authorized automatic payments and ensure proper and timely payment. Manage the billing and collection of the tank rental process. Process the monthly statements and adjust accounts and charges as is required. Receive and direct visitors and inbound phone calls to correct individuals in the office. Qualifications The preferred candidate for the Customer Service Representative will have the following: Three or more years experience in office management, customer service, accounting, or a related area.
