Job Description
Darwill is a fast-paced environment where you will be part of a team that executes custom direct marketing solutions for our clients. These solutions include designing high-response direct mail, marketing collateral, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and more. Responsibilities & Essential Skills
Design and produce high-response direct mail, marketing collateral, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and websites with a strong focus on user experience and conversion.
Execute creative concepts that align with client needs and marketing objectives, balancing brand consistency with innovation.
Develop engaging layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy for both print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Team, and Marketing Team to brainstorm, refine, and execute designs for client campaigns.
Ensure digital assets (websites, emails, ads) are optimized for responsiveness and accessibility.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure seamless production for direct mail and marketing materials.
Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both print, digital media and workflow optimization.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and accountable, with the ability to work independently or take direction as needed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of additional Adobe software is a plus.
Experience with digital animation (GIFs, motion ads) is a plus.
Copywriting skills are a bonus but not required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in designing for both digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles
Experience in B2C direct response marketing preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Creative and Marketing teams
