As part of the Communications team at Lennar, the Senior Manager, Communications (Technology) is responsible for supporting internal and external communications initiatives for Lennar Technology Group (LTG). The role would lead communications strategy and execution that helps inform key internal and external stakeholders about Lennar's technology and innovation-related initiatives and positions the Company as a technology-driven homebuilder. The role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and will work closely with members of the team across the Lennar Technology Group, PR, project management, content and creative.
Summary of Position
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Communications (Technology) responsible for overseeing Lennar's communication strategies aligned with LTG's objectives. This role includes creating content, managing both internal and external communication channels, media relations, project planning, coordinating with various stakeholders, crisis management, ongoing tracking and reporting across various communications channels and programs.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Create engaging and informative content on technology-related topics, ensuring alignment with our Company's tech advancements, innovation and initiatives.
Develop and implement communication strategies that support and enhance our technology objectives, increasing visibility and understanding among stakeholders.
Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all platforms related to technology projects.
Coordinate with technology teams, stakeholders, and media outlets to promote and disseminate information effectively.
Craft communications strategies for product launches, company-wide software updates and transitions, innovative tech practices, and similar activities.
Partner with CTO and technology leadership team to identify key projects and communications initiatives throughout the year.
Oversee the creation of content for technology-focused platforms, maintaining a strong brand voice and technical accuracy.
Build thought leadership and brand awareness for Lennar as a leader in infusing technology into homebuilding and a place where tech talent can thrive, through internal and external communications, speaking engagements, and media opportunities.
Monitor and measure the impact of communication activities, utilizing analytics to refine and optimize strategies.
Partner with talent acquisition and employer brand teams to position Lennar as a leading hirer of tech talent in South Florida.
Address and manage technology-related communication issues or risks, preparing strategies to mitigate any potential crises.
Your Toolbox
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in-house or on the agency side, working with tech clients or teams.
An understanding of the technology landscape and a curiosity for and knowledge about advancements in tech, including AI, machine learning and other key trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective storytelling.
Ability to synthesize and translate complex IT concepts into simpler terms that can be understood by a non-technical audience.
Creativity and analytical thinking to devise innovative communication strategies.

Manage Workers Compensation claim activity from initial claim notice to claim conclusion; ensure a timely return to work and coordinate all activity with Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources.

Review and track all Incident Reports; follow up for additional information where necessary; make recommendations to the Director of Risk on insurance programs that may be triggered.
Investigate, evaluate, and strategize on resolution of non-litigated matters.
Prepare monthly claims reports and identify loss trends.
Conduct loss run review and analysis.
Maintain Workers' Comp-related OSHA Logs (OSHA 300) for all required business teams daily and distribute on an annual basis pursuant to OSHA guidelines.
Support the Director of Risk Management in the day-to-day operations of the Department, as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or finance or related experience.
5+ years' experience in claims management.
Knowledge of a Captive Insurance Company preferred.
Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Autonomy /i-Manage HP experience is a plus.
Travel required.

The right candidate will assists the Superintendent with the management of the community job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to assisting in scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance and upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.

Provide a superior level of customer service during all phases of construction
Develop and maintain positive relations with subcontractors and homeowners
Develop knowledge in building codes, construction materials, methodologies, terminology and construction scheduling

Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and sales optimization techniques.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Property Assistant
In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Property Operations Lead to provide administrative support to the shopping center office. Additionally, you will perform basic accounting functions primarily including accounts payable.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…
Perform basic accounting functions including:
Direct responsibility for accuracy of all accounting entries, financial reconciliations and cash management
Enter approved invoices into the accounts payable system
Maintain local petty cash funds, reconcile accounts, and replenish funds.
Maintain a spreadsheet for all center credit card purchases. Replenish funds to the credit card bank account on a monthly basis and complete monthly reconciliation.
Create assigned invoices and track payments
Generate timely (day of) tenant open and close notifications and maintain the photographic database of the open and closed stores. This often includes going to the space and taking photos, then uploading them to a shared drive.
Open and distribute all incoming mail and facilitate all outgoing mail (overnight, etc.).
Responsible for most of the administrative functions within the property management office. This may include maintaining inventory and ordering office and kitchen supplies as needed; booking schedules for the community room, conference room and leasing offices; coordinating food and/or catering orders for company meetings/ events; and answering phones and directing calls.
Maintain accurate and complete department files and records, all tenant files and records, and create new tenant files for tenants that will be opening soon in accordance with Taubman records retention requirements.
Support all programs initiated by other departments within the organization (i.e. Marketing, Security, Customer Service, Leasing, Specialty Leasing, SP&D, etc.).
Serve as one of the primary contacts for tenants and customers who come to the Management Office with an inquiry. Serve as the “face” of the management team in conversations with any tenant, contractor and/or customer.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
