Job Description
Provides support to the Supervisor interior Design and departmental staff in all aspects of interior design, construction document development, and implementation of Lee Health Interior Design standards. Oversees the maintenance of master interior design specifications and updates of Interior Design standards implementation. Meets with vendors as required to support and to coordinate with the Supervisor Interior Design, Architectural Interior Design consultants, and/or departmental staff. Oversees the maintenance of electronic filing system for all current and completed interior design and/or construction documents performed by Architectural Interior Design consultants and/or departmental staff. Works with the Supervisor Interior Design in production of all interior design project documents whether in paper or electronic format. Supports the Supervisor Interior Design with all product selections and specifications on Interior Design projects. Oversees and coordinates with any Architectural Interior Design consultants utilized to complete interior design documents for a project. Drives interior design project development with the architectural project manager, whether Lee Health staff or Architectural Interior Design consultants, ensuring all critical interiors elements of a proposed design are included in the documentation (architectural drawings). Ensures the completion of site documentation of existing conditions as required for interior design projects. Develops interior design plans and Furniture, Fixture and Accessories (FFA) specifications to meet project requirements. Manages assigned interior design projects including coordination with Architectural Interior Design consultants and internal stakeholders. Recommends new project scopes of work and budgets, as applicable, working with Departmental staff as projects are identified for development.
