We are looking for a detail oriented, curiosity driven individual to join the Legal Investigations team. This team receives and responds to user data requests from regulatory government and third party agencies. This is a vendor role with Vaco, for our client, a Fortune 100 company.
Responsibilities
● Analyze and organize incoming legal requests and inquiries from law enforcement and third parties with a high level of accuracy
● Respond to internal and external inquiries based on team policy
● Review and transcribe a variety of legal documents
● Assimilate feedback and apply learnings in a dynamic environment
● Work cross-functionally with peers, leads, and stakeholders
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications:
● B.A./B.S degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
● Ability to analyze and process high volumes of data with precision
● Ability to communicate effectively with government officials via email and phone ● Ability to work occasional weekends
● Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience complying with data and security policies
● Familiarity with ticketing systems
● Knowledge of Google products and services
Schedule Requirements:
● You may be asked to work outside of your core hours due to business necessity
● Core business hours vary depending on the shift. This is not a standard Monday-Friday position (24/7 team). Must be open to working weekends and holidays when necessary.
● Potential shifts: Day (8am-4pm CST), Swing (4pm-12am CST) or Overnight (12am-8am CST)
